2025 Program

The next annual Sunshine Coast Open House weekend will take place on Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 October 2025, inviting visitors to explore a diverse selection of historic, contemporary, and sustainable buildings spanning from Caloundra to the Hinterland and Cooran.

Each year, Sunshine Coast Open House provides exclusive access to architecturally significant buildings, complemented by a rich program of walking tours, talks, and special events. A highlight of the weekend is the annual Open Forum, where industry experts and thought leaders engage in discussions on topical and thought-provoking issues shaping architecture and design.

Sunshine Coast Open House acknowledges the traditional Country of the Kabi Kabi and the Jinibara Peoples of the coastal plains and hinterlands of the Sunshine Coast, and recognises that these have always been places of cultural, spiritual, social and economic significance.
